"Wat een verademing om lekker buiten te kunnen sporten onder begeleiding van Guido. Omdat ze vaak samen aanwezig zijn, is er genoeg ruimte voor persoonlijke aandacht en uitleg. Voor mij is het geen typische “bootcamp”, omdat de focus meer ligt op krachttraining en er standaard (zwaardere) dumbbells en kettlebells waren. Houd het vooral zo jongens, origineel en persoonlijk."
