Let’s do this!

You’ve just booked your first class and now it’s time to workout! During our strength and conditioning workout of an hour you’ll be working on your goals with the professional guidance of our coaches.

Before the class

  • 1.
    Bring water, put on your flattest workout shoes and wear layers so you can adjust to the weather conditions.
  • 2.
    Arrive in good time. Make sure you are there 5 minutes in advance.
  • 3.
    Notify the trainer that you’re new. He’ll talk you through what to expect.

The class

  • 4.
    All our classes start with a warm up to get you ready for the workout.
  • 5.
    Before the workout the coach will explain all the exercises you’ll be doing.
  • 6.
    The class ends with a quick HIIT and meditation session.

After the class

  • 7.
    Be proud of yourself, you did it!
