Escape from the chaos of your daily city life during the Bakfiets Gym workouts outside, in nature with a sea view. Together with 11 other Bakfietsers you’ll be working out for 60 minutes! Welcome to our community of likeminded people who have all chosen to make the most out of themselves, their body and their day!

The Bakfiets Formule

Our 60 minute strength and conditioning classes consist of a warming up, a workout, some HIIT and meditation. A complete workout that covers all aspects of training: strength, cardio, gymnastics and mobility.
